What is the best by date (BBD) for the coffee?
Each pack is nitrogen sealed for freshness and has an 18 month shelf life from the time it's packed. You can find the BBD printed on each pack.
How do I prepare the coffee?
To prepare your coffee simply open the pack by tearing from the preforated line in the bottom corner of the pack, then fold out the paper flaps on the side of the coffee filter pouch and rest them on both sides of your coffee cup. Lastly, tear off the top of the coffee filter pouch along the marked line and pour your hot water over the beans until full with water 2-3 times.
Will you be releasing new coffee bean roasts or other products in the future?

Is your coffee only available online?
Yes, at this time our coffee is available exclusively through our website origamicoffeeco.com however we are planning to sell through pop-up in person locations throughout LA in the near future. To get updated about future events subscribe to our email newsletter!
How long will it take to recieve my order?
We aim to have all orders fulfilled within 1-2 days of being placed however we ask that you allow up to 5 days if things are really busy. Once your order has shipped it may take up to 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your delivery address. For more information reach out to us through our Contact page.
Can I buy Origami Coffee as a gift?
Yes, that's a great idea! Origami Coffee makes for a great gift for family or friends, just be sure to specify the coffee is a gift at checkout and we will take care of the rest!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time however, get in touch with us through our Contact page to see what we can do to help.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are non-refundable once they have been fulfilled. That said, get in touch with us at email@example.com if you have any concerns. Please note any refund requests must be made within 7 days of recieving your order. Credit card transaction fees will not be refunded. We ask that you please get in touch with your credit card company directly regarding transaction fee refunds. In addition, shipping costs are non-refundable for fulfilled orders.
